Get Salty -  Surf School aims at giving people of all ages the opportunity to experience the thrill of riding a wave.

Fully accredited Surfing Australia Coaching ensures a safety first experience.  All equipment and wetsuits are supplied.

 Surfing is progressive and with the right coaching and encouragment from the Get Salty - Surf School you are guaranteed to achieve your surfing goals in a safe but fun environment. Each lesson is approximately 1.5hr with a beach and water element.  Groups are arranged by ability and have low instructor to pupil ratios, typically 1:8 or less. As well as the beach drills and waterwork what makes our lessons so special is the overall view of surfing provided. Subjects, such as surfboard design, the history of surfing, beach safety, weather and waves, surfing fitness, the rules of surfing, types of breaks, and many more are covered in our lessons and programs.

Surf Equipment: Our surf school uses the latest surf equipment specifically designed for first time surfers, ease of use, stability and safety being the key factors.

Surf Lesson Includes:  use of soft surfboard;use of rash shirt;qualified coaches; and beach safety & ocean awareness education.

All our lessons are certified and approved by Surfing Australia
