SUP is the eco-friendly way to explore the beautiful waterways of Narrawallee Inlet, Lake Conjola and other locations on the South Coast of NSW

Coastal Paddle Surf is a locally owned Stand Up Paddle Board School, operated by Adrian Wright.

Adrian is a fully qualified Stand Up Paddleboard and Learn to Surf Instructor, accredited with Surfing Australia. He is also an experienced, qualified Ocean Lifeguard and an active member of the Mollymook Surf Club.

Coastal Paddle Surf is committed to provide a fun, safe and educational SUP experience.

Each lesson covers basic water safety, technique and board control. More experienced participants can book in for a tour or fitness package.

SUP is a great family activity and a fun way to enjoy a special occasion.
